We have introduced a Saturday morning Circuits class to our extensive fitness programme here at Bradfield.
CIRCUITS is a total body workout with participants moving around equipment stations alternating between cardio training and upper/lower body resistance work without complex choreography.
Trying it for the first time? Easy to follow and suitable for all ability levels.
What to wear? Comfortable clothing and trainers. Bring a water bottle and small towel.
Give it a try! It takes place on Saturday mornings from 10.45am – 11.30am with Kathi.
